Who are We?

Jet Fresh Produce is owned and run by the Van Graas Family who have been in Horticulture since 1952, specialising in the growing and supply of pre-packaged bulbs and cut flowers (to find out more visit the Australian Gardener Website). Since 1985, under the banner of " Jet Fresh Witlof", we have been Australia's leader in Witlof production and marketing to the wholesale and retail trade, supplying the domestic market and exporting to countries including Japan and the Philippines.

We currently farm 30 hectares of Witlof for year round production and supply, whereas in the past this vegetable was only available to the consumer for 6 months of the year.

We are one of the first commercial growers to produce Witlof hydroponically, at a standard equal and superior to, overseas producers and competitors. Our export market is continuing to increase, as our crop capacity increases and our capacity to process and market the vegetable becomes more efficient.

We have been the innovators of punnet-packed Witlof, as previously it was only available in loose market-style cartons. Our individual and contempory packaging in punnets and display boxes have established Jet Fresh Witlof as a reliable and qualty product.
